Sarasota police seek man wanted in Booker High School shooting

SARASOTA, Fla. (WINK)—The Sarasota Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted in connection with a shooting at Booker High School.

Dameon Jashuan Brydson, 27, of Palmetto, has an active warrant for Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon and Possession of Firearm on School Property, according to a press release from the Sarasota Police Department. The charges stem from the shooting incident at Booker High School on July 18.

Brydson is a four-time convicted felon and is on probation for Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
