'Huddle Up Hendry' parade set in Clewiston to honor teachers and Clewiston Middle School's 'A' grade

The Clewiston Police Department is hosting a golf cart parade Friday morning to celebrate teachers prior to the start of the school year. According to CPD, the parade and event, dubbed "Huddle Up Hendry," will take to the streets to celebrate the achievement of Clewiston Middle School receiving an "A" school grade. The golf cart parade starts at 7:30 a.m. The parade will begin at Clewiston Middle School and make its way to Clewiston High School. CPD provided a map that shows the route of the parade in order for drivers to plan their morning commute. CPD said to expect minor traffic delays in the area of the route.
