Sizzle Dining celebrates 10-year anniversary, prepares for upcoming month-long event

Friday morning, Guy Clarke, Executive Director of Sizzle Dining, joined Gulf Coast News to give a first look at the Sizzle Dining event happening from September 1 to September 30. Sizzle Dining is celebrating its 10-year anniversary and is hoping to break records. Clarke says the event is meant not only to help restaurants, but also to help a charity called Blessings in a Backpack of Southwest Florida. For every Sizzle Dining meal sold, $1 is donated to Blessings in a Backpack. With over 140 restaurants on board for this year's event, Sizzle Dining is aiming to sell over 100,000 meals this year.
