A Suncoast Estates man who was found guilty of kidnapping his ex-girlfriend has a new warrant out for his arrest after being accused of violating the terms of his probation, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. Crime Stoppers says that Thomas Bartleson, 34, was initially found guilty of kidnapping the victim after a breakup and sexually assaulting her. Bartleson was sent to prison for two years, and was released on probation. Crime Stoppers says that he violated the terms of that probation when he failed to complete a sex offender treatment program and did not inform his probation officer of his new address when he moved. Bartleson is 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 175 pounds and was last known to be living in East Fort Myers. If you have information in this case, you are asked to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477), on the P3 app, or on its website. You can remain anonymous, and if your tip leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
