A repeat drug offender is wanted by Lee County deputies after being accused of violating her probation. According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Arqueena Brown, 29, was a passenger in a car with two men who were pulled over. When a Fort Myers police officer walked up to the car, they smelled a strong scent of marijuana, which caused them to question Brown and the two men. Brown was clutching a small bag and refused to let it go. When officers searched the bag, they found several pre-packaged bags of marijuana and crack, Crime Stoppers said. Brown was arrested and was eventually found guilty and placed on probation, which she violated two weeks ago, Crime Stoppers said. Brown has six local prior arrests on charges of battery, fraud, drugs and crimes against the elderly or disabled, Crime Stoppers said. She is 5'4" and weighs 110 pounds. If you have information in this case, you are asked to contact Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers at 1-800-780-TIPS (8477), on the P3 app, or on its website. You can remain anonymous, and if your tip leads to an arrest, you may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $3,000.
