ESTERO, Fla. (WINK) — Fresh fruits, locally grown vegetables and products from Southwest Florida farms now have a new home at Coconut Point.
SWFL Produce Farm Store has officially opened its newest location at Coconut Point in Estero, giving shoppers an easy way to stock up on fresh, locally sourced food while supporting area farmers.
The family-operated, women-run farm co-op is based in Punta Gorda and partners with eight local farms and Florida cattle ranchers to bring a wide variety of seasonal produce, farm-fresh eggs, local honey, baked goods, beef, and other Florida-made products to customers.

Owner Elizabeth Etnoyer said she hopes to help educate Southwest Florida on healthy eating. " A lot of people say healthy eating is expensive or difficult. We have deals every day here. I also love teaching people about their fruits and vegetables."
Inside the Coconut Point store, shoppers can browse fresh produce, pantry staples and locally made items. Customers can also use the location as part of SWFL Produce's larger online ordering program, which offers weekly home delivery and convenient pickup options across Southwest Florida.
The new storefront gives Southwest Florida residents another way to shop local while learning more about where their food comes from. Etnoyer said SWFL Produce's mission is to strengthen the region's local food system by making fresh, sustainably produced food more accessible and affordable," knowing where your food is coming from is important. We want to shop local and support our farmers because that helps support our local economy."
Whether you're looking for juicy summer mangoes, crisp vegetables for dinner, local honey or farm-fresh eggs, the new Coconut Point location makes it easier than ever to bring a taste of Southwest Florida home.
The store is located at 23111 Fashion Drive, Suite 105, inside Coconut Point, and is open daily.
