Colorado State University releases final hurricane season forecast

As of Wednesday morning, Colorado State University updated their hurricane season forecast, with no change from their July numbers.

Still calling for a below-average season thanks to higher wind shear in the Caribbean and the Atlantic due to El Niño, and we are currently seeing below-average sea surface temperatures in the Atlantic Basin.

NOAA will release an updated forecast in the coming days.
