1 injured, extricated from vehicle after rollover crash on Bald Cypress Cir in Fort Myers

Crews with the South Trail Fire Protection & Rescue Service District helped extricate a driver involved in a single-vehicle rollover crash on Bald Cypress Circle in Fort Myers on Saturday. According to firefighters, the vehicle struck a palm tree and rolled onto its side, leaving the driver trapped inside. Crews removed the windshield of the vehicle to create a safe extrication path, and the driver was removed. The driver was transported to the hospital for further evaluation.
