A Lehigh Acres man was found guilty on all counts in a case involving crimes against a child, according to the State Attorney's Office. According to a news release from the SAO, Reginald Cutts, 67, was convicted of the following charges following a four-day trial in Lee County: Unlawful sexual activity with certain minors Use of a child in a sexual performance Human trafficking Familial or custodial sexual battery Two counts of possession of child pornography Digital voyeurism The SAO says that back in 2024, over the span of 34 days, Cutts produced child pornography as he committed crimes on the victim. He also made them perform sex acts and gave them money after committing the crimes. These elements are why Cutts was charged with human trafficking, the SAO says. The crimes happened in Cutt's home and in an RV parked behind his house. The victim told their mother about the incidents, and the Lee County Sheriff's Office was immediately contacted. Cutt's sentencing is scheduled for September 28.
