DeSoto County deputies arrest woman accused of probation violation, recover stolen car

Deputies with the DeSoto County Sheriff's Office arrested a woman accused of violating her probation, recovering a stolen car in the process. According to DCSO, its Narcotics Unit found a stolen car being driven by Harlee Manning, 35. Manning has a felony violation of probation warrant out for her arrest. Detectives say they also found methamphetamine and a glass pipe inside a bag that belonged to Manning. Manning was arrested on her warrant, and faces additional charges of grand theft of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
