A man accused of shooting someone during an armed robbery outside a Fort Myers gas station in August 2025 pleaded no contest to charges on Monday. >>Video above: Archive footage from August 13, 2025 According to court records, Bryson Giddens, 27, pleaded no contest to charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery with a firearm causing great harm, and attempted robbery with a firearm causing great bodily harm. Giddens was arrested in August 2025 following a shooting at the Shell gas station on Palm Beach Boulevard and Pine Street. The victim was hospitalized following the shooting and survived the attack.
