Miami sex offender wanted in Lee County, accused of exposing self to minor at school bus stop

A man is wanted by Lee County deputies after he was accused of lewd behavior in front of a child at a school bus stop. According to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers, Christian Chinchilla, 42, has four felony warrants for his arrest on charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition, exposure of sex organs, and failure to register as a sex offender. Crime Stoppers said the victim, a young girl, was waiting for the school bus in a Lehigh Acres neighborhood when Chinchilla drove up in a black sedan, pulled down his pants, and started touching himself inappropriately. The victim ran away and told an adult what happened. As deputies investigated, they discovered that Chinchilla was linked to two other similar incidents, Crime Stoppers said. Deputies also learned that Chinchilla was a registered sex offender from Miami, who was on probation with a GPS monitor. Crime Stoppers said before deputies could apprehend him, Chinchilla cut off his ankle monitor and went into hiding. Chinchilla is 5'8", weighs 150 pounds, and, if arrested, will be held without bond.
