Sizzle Dining 2026 kicks off Sept. 1, giving people on the Gulf Coast a chance to get great deals while eating out and supporting local kids getting fed throughout the school year. One of the over 100 restaurants participating is Ce Soir in Naples. The executive chef from Ce Soir joined Gulf Coast News at 9 a.m. in the studio with a preview of what they are cooking up in support of local students. Ce Soir is new to Naples, opening in the last few months. It's an elevated French Mediterranean-inspired restaurant. They showed off a Prime Tenderloin Beef Carpaccio with truffle oil, watercress and pickled mustard seeds. Plus, everything Ce Soir will serve for Sizzle Dining is exclusive to the event. The preview is part of ongoing coverage for Sizzle Dining, an event that celebrates culinary talent and community engagement. For every Sizzle Dining meal sold, $1 is donated to Blessings in a Backpack. With over 140 restaurants on board for this year's event, Sizzle Dining is aiming to sell over 100,000 meals this year. You can make reservations on the Sizzle Dining website.
