A Cape Coral man is accused of violating the terms of his probation following an arrest for driving while high and drunk, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers. Crime Stoppers says Johnathan Charles, 25, was initially arrested after witnesses saw him weaving through lanes near Veterans Memorial Parkway and Surfside, before hitting a median and flipping several times. Police say that when they found Charles, he was babbling and extremely intoxicated. Officers say that there was also a rolled-up dollar bill and cocaine in the car. Charles was found guilty and placed on probation, which he was accused of violating when officers say he tested positive for cocaine in his system. Charles was last known to be living in Southwest Cape Coral.
