Charlotte High School is under a soft lockdown following a reported concern, according to the Punta Gorda Police Department. PGPD says that there is no known or immediate threat to Charlotte High School or any local schools. Officers will remain on scene, and more information will be provided of circumstances change or further updates become necessary, PGPD says.
