State Farm Mutual auto customers in Florida will begin to receive notifications this week about their upcoming dividend payment. The payments are part of the company's one-time $5 billion cash-back, the largest in the company's more than 100-year history. State Farm Mutual said there are a few things customers need to know ahead of the payments: The statewide average dividend payment for Florida is $173, but individual payments will vary Qualifying customers will receive a notification about their payment via email or letter. Customers with an email address on file will receive instructions about accessing the payment portal online, while customers without an email address will receive a check by mail automatically. Individual payments are based on a percentage of the premium paid for each qualifying policy in 2025 Payments will be distributed in several waves across more than 49 million vehicles. The process will take months to complete nationwide. Customers receiving an email should look for a message from donotreply@e.sfdividend.com. Customers with questions regarding the payment can speak to the Dividend Customer Contact Center at 1-888-808-9532.
