Person dies in Collier County mobile home fire on Hibiscus Lane

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. (WINK) — A person died in a mobile home fire Sunday night in Collier County.

Collier County deputies got a call around 10 p.m. about a trailer home on fire on Hibiscus Lane in the Pelican Creek Mobile Home Park, just east of Collier Boulevard.

The Sheriff's Office said the death was not suspicious. The American Red Cross responded and helped two adults impacted by the fire with emergency assistance.

The State Fire Marshal is now investigating.
