Planned power outage to occur in Clewiston during scheduled maintenance early Wednesday morning

The Clewiston Police Department said scheduled maintenance at the substation will bring a planned power outage early Wednesday morning. Maintenance is set to begin at 12 a.m., and the planned outage is expected to last a minimum of two hours, according to the police. Utility workers are aware of the outage and will be working on the maintenance and restoring power, officers said. If your power goes out during the outage, CPD said there is no need to call to report it. For emergencies, the police say to continue calling 911.
