SOUTHWEST FLORIDA (WINK) — Tropical Storm Dolly has formed in the Atlantic on Thursday. It is expected to be short-lived
Tropical Storm Dolly is moving west at 24 mph with maximum sustained winds of 40 mph
Strong wind shear over the Atlantic will weaken or dissipate the system later this weekend over open waters. It will not make it anywhere close to land as it moves west-northwest.
The WINK Weather Authority will be watching the Atlantic closely.
