A Naples man was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he was arrested for possessing child sexual abuse material in 2024. According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office Friday, Justin Donald Dougall, 39, recently pled no contest to 71 charges related to the possession and transmission of child sexual abuse material and a count of possession of bestiality material. Dougall was adjudicated guilty and sentenced to prison, which will be followed by five years of probation, deputies said. He was also designated as a sex offender. The sheriff's office arrested Dougall on June 18, 2024, after it said an investigation found he possessed child sexual abuse material. The arrest happened at a home on the corner of 99th Avenue and 7th Street North, near US-41. The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force assisted detectives with the Southwest Florida INTERCEPT Task Force during the investigation.
