Cape Coral announces 9/11 remembrance ceremony at Cultural Park Blvd

The City of Cape Coral has announced its 9/11 remembrance ceremony, which will commemorate the 25th anniversary of the terrorist attacks. The event will take place on Friday, September 11, in the parking lot of City Hall along Cultural Park Boulevard. The ceremony is set to begin at 8:30 a.m. After the ceremony, 2,977 American flags will be placed on the lawn of City Hall to honor those who died in the attacks.
