Sizzle Dining returns to 2 old Naples favorites

NAPLES, Fla. (WINK) — September is giving food lovers another reason to make a reservation in Naples.

Two popular Third Street South restaurants, Sea Salt and Barbatella, are joining this year’s Sizzle Dining lineup, offering diners special menus throughout the month.

Sea Salt, located at 1186 Third Street South, is known for its Venetian-inspired, seafood-focused menu. The restaurant gives diners a more upscale option for Sizzle Dining while showcasing the ocean-inspired cuisine it is known for.

Sea Salt is no stranger to Sizzle Dining. The resturant has been a part of Sizzle Dining since it was founded 10 years ago.

Just down the street, Barbatella at 1290 Third Street South brings an Italian option to the lineup. The restaurant serves a mix of Italian favorites, including pizza and pasta, in the heart of Old Naples.

Both restaurants are part of the Aielli Group, making this year's Sizzle Dining lineup an opportunity to experience two different dining concepts from the same local restaurant group.

Sizzle Dining runs Sept. 1 through Sept. 30 and features more than 100 participating restaurants across Southwest Florida. Diners can choose from special price-fixed menus, with options ranging from lunch to three-course dinners depending on the restaurant.

And there is more to the month than a good meal. For every Sizzle Dining meal sold, participating restaurants donate $1 to Blessings in a Backpack SWFL, helping provide food to local elementary school children experiencing food insecurity.

So whether you're in the mood for seafood at Sea Salt or Italian comfort food at Barbatella, September is a chance to dine out in Old Naples while supporting a local cause.
