Death investigation underway after body found in wood line off Golden Gate Pkwy in Collier County

Collier County deputies have launched a death investigation in the area of 67506 Golden Gate Parkway Monday night. According to the Collier County Sheriff's Office, the body of a dead male was found in the wood line on eastbound Golden Gate Parkway, and deputies received reports at approximately 5:01 p.m. CCSO did not share any additional information on the investigation.
