Two men were arrested on Thursday after they were accused of going 125 mph on I-75 in Lee County. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Kaloeb Skyler Ayala, 19, and Michael Patrick Tisch, 20, were stopped at 11:39 p.m. in a 70 mph zone going southbound at mile marker 137 near Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. Troopers said Ayala was driving a 2017 AMG GT and Tisch was driving an Audi, but both vehicles were reportedly owned by one of them. The vehicles are to be towed for 30 days. In addition, the two were accused of using hand-held radios to communicate while driving, FHP said. Both drivers are facing charges of street racing, reckless driving and speeding.
