Emergency response at Port Charlotte sports bar leaves three hospitalized

CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — Three people were taken to the hospital Saturday after emergency crews responded to a reported cardiac arrest at All Sports Grill, according to Charlotte County Fire & EMS. A spokesperson for Charlotte County Fire and EMS says crews were called to the business around 3:36 p.m. Saturday. When crews arrived, they found one patient receiving CPR, and an AED had been deployed. While crews were treating the patient, two additional patients at the establishment required medical attention. CCFEMS crews treated all three patients, and all three were transported to local hospitals for further evaluation and treatment. Officials have not provided further details on what led to the incident or the current conditions of those involved.
