Fort Myers redevelopment agency seeks operators for McCollum Hall

The Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency is seeking operators to help restore McCollum Hall as a cultural and community hub in the Dunbar area. The agency is accepting proposals for a restaurant operator and an organization to manage the music and performing arts center. The goal is to create a year-round destination for live music, cultural events, education, and community programs. Restaurant proposals are due Oct. 2, and performing arts proposals are due Oct. 6.
