A Lee County man was arrested on Wednesday after he was accused of exposing and touching himself outside of a home in Lehigh Acres. According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office arrest report, Darrell Laroy Madison, 39, was found on Gretchen Avenue and matched the call that accused a man of exposing and touching himself while he was seen wearing dark colored shorts and a shirt and was smoking something. Deputies tried to reach Madison, but he was accused of running away, where he tossed a backpack. He was then tased and detained. Inside the backpack were Madison's license, a Ruger .380 LCP and burnt marijuana cigarettes and shake marijuana, according to the report. The firearm was not stolen, but Madison was identified as being adjudicated guilty of being a felon in possession of a firearm. The Florida Office of Executive Clemency confirmed that he had not had his rights restored, the report stated. Madison was arrested and is facing charges of indecent exposure - exposure of sexual organs, possession of a weapon or ammo by a convicted felon and resisting an officer - obstruction without violence.
