Lee County deputies find fish in a bottle, drugs, gun, stolen motorcycle parts during vehicle search

Four people were arrested in Lee County on Monday after deputies said a search of a vehicle uncovered numerous narcotics, a gun, stolen motorcycle equipment, and a fish in a bottle. According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies were patrolling on Monday morning when they stopped a vehicle with four occupants. Deputies searched the vehicle and discovered various narcotics, drug paraphernalia, a handgun with an altered serial number, bolt cutters, a pry bar, tools, motorcycle equipment, gas cans and license plates that did not belong to the vehicle or its occupants. Additionally, deputies found a fish swimming in a bottle. During the search, deputies also responded to reports of a nearby motorcycle burglary. LCSO said that it was determined that a license plate recovered from the suspects' vehicle belonged to the victim of the motorcycle burglary. Additional motorcycle parts found during the search were determined to be stolen property from the same motorcycle. All four of the vehicle's occupants, identified as Amy Romeu, Eduardo Hernandez, Diego Baro-Arcia and Osvaldo Ramirez-Triana, were arrested. All four face charges of burglary, possession of burglary tools, conspiracy to commit burglary, criminal mischief, grand theft and loitering. Romeu, Hernandez and Baro-Arcia face charges of drug possession, and Romeu faces an additional charge of drug equipment possession. Ramirez-Triana faces a weapon offense charge.
